The far tradition made possible that in 1991 to open this firm (now the company) for planning, energetic and consulting office heating, plumbing and air conditioning-XHIMI. The tradition began from 1978-1983 with the system of metal installation (zinc pipes), later the 10 year experience won in Switzerland and Germany made that revolution that for the first time in our country (Macedonia) was brought the new system of installation with modern plastic pipes, for heating installation copper pipes, that these days the plastic pipes and alu-pex-plast are also used.
With his guarantee and security this system occupied almost all Macedonia which is very important for the company. The company realized this in one meeting organized by the architects and engineers of architectonic and mechanic faculty where was given a prize as the first company that brought the system of plumbing, and efficiency of plastic products.
THE PLANING
As we know each organization needs a plan. The company XHIMI KO to achieve the realization of its work, the Plan is made by the managers in high, medium and low levels. In the first place the day plan is made, then the definition of their work, the best alternative and the activation of plans for more effective and efficient work.
THE ORGANISATION
In the organization part the division of the work is being done for example each employee has to do the work that he knows: plumbing, heating, air conditioning, energetic systems etc.
As we see the history of developing of this company, it has a big success because there is collectivity that does more effective and efficient work, and they are not complaining. They are paid well, and they are also secured. Each year and each religious holiday they get bonus money for their motivation.
LEADING AND CONTROL
As all management fazes also this two ones are very important in an organization. The leading is done by the managers of medium and low levels, because they are more present or in contact with employees. Whereas the last faze of the control is done by the director with all managers.
